1. What should I write about? A. Every contact you have with the VA or any agency you interact with regarding your disability claim should be written about. For example, after visiting your VSO, psychiatrist, psychologist, Vet Center counselor, QTC examiner, and primary care physician, it would be wise to take notes about the visit. 2. How long will U.S. Veteran Compensation Programs hold my journal notes? A. All of your personal information will be held forever. However, members can at any time request to have their data purged from our computer storage system. 3. Where is my data stored? A. All data entries are stored on an independent data storage computer. No data will ever be kept on Internet storage servers or online data retrieval programs. 4. Who will have access to my personal journal entries?
A. Only registered members have access to retrieving their journal entries. 5. Can I view my journal entries online? No. Members must request to have their journal entries retrieved. When retrieved, journal entries are emailed to member.
